InnerWell is thrilled to be offering the acclaimed 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course — a powerful, proven method for people from all walks of life to find greater balance, comfort and ease in the midst of the challenges and joys of daily living.

Classes are highly participatory and practical. They include:
  • Guided instruction in mindfulness meditation practices
  • Gentle stretching and mindful yoga (appropriate for all ability levels)
  • Exercises to bring mindful awareness to challenging situations in everyday life
  • Individually tailored instruction
  • Daily home practice with specially designed materials (including guided audio files)

8 weekly 2-hour classes, plus one daylong retreat

Tuesdays, 6:00-8:00pm
September 13 – November 8; Daylong retreat on Saturday October 22 (8:30am-2:30pm)
A required orientation meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 13, 6:00-7:00pm, and the class formally begins on September 20.

Refund Policy

A full refund is provided for anyone who attends the required orientation meeting and decides not to take the class. We want you to be able to make sure it’s right for you. (No refunds will be provided once the actual course has begun or for cancellations after September 15, 2016.)



Karin Bleecker, MA, Psychologist-Master, brings a wealth of mindfulness and teaching experience to InnerWell’s Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program. A longtime MBSR teacher, Karin pioneered an MBSR program for cancer survivors at Lancaster General Hospital in Pennsylvania, and has supported scores of people from all backgrounds in finding more ease and joy in their everyday lives through the doorway of mindfulness and the rich tools of MBSR. Karin is known for her warm, engaging presence and her ability to create a safe and supportive learning environment for all.
