Registrants may receive a full refund, less a $25 administrative fee, if they withdraw from a scheduled program at least 4 weeks before the start date. For cancellations between 2-4 weeks prior to the start date, refunds are available less a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given within 2 weeks of the event date. Programs spanning multiple non-consecutive dates may have program-specific cancellation policies.
In the event of a cancellation of a scheduled program due to hazardous weather conditions or other forces beyond reasonable control of InnerWell, participants will be given the option to attend the event at a future date (if it is able to be rescheduled) or to receive a credit for use at a future InnerWell event within two years.
InnerWell reserves the right to cancel a program due to low enrollment, and in such a case, would refund all fees paid to InnerWell by those enrolled. Please confirm program status before making travel arrangements, as InnerWell is not responsible for any participant costs beyond program registration fees in the event of such a cancellation.
